Facebook launches Slingshot apps for iOS and Android

New Delhi, India, June 18, 2014: Facebook has launched its new application Slingshot apps. It will run on iOS and Android platform. By this app user can send and recieve image or video. If your friend has sent a image or video than you have to also send a image or video to your friend to see image or video sent by your friend.

How Slingshot apps works:

• After downloading, user can sign up either with a their mobile phone number or Facebook account.

• User can add contacts by using their phone contacts and Facebook friends.

• Whenever user will open Slingshot apps, this app takes user to its camera which has a ‘shoot’ button for taking a snapshot and a ‘selfie’ button.

• Once image or selfie has taken then user can type a message of up to 140 characters on it, send a 15 second video or draw a image.

• User can then send it to one, two or all of their Slingshot contacts.

• On Slingshot, user can see a message only if they will send one back.

• If user couldn’t send back image or video, then they will only see pixelated preview in their Slingshot store.
