Launch of Smart24x7 Mobile Platform in association with UP Fire Services

Lucknow, India, June 9, 2014: India has seen many tragic Fire incidents that have claimed many innocent lives. Any Fire incident results in casualties which leads to loss in terms of lives & property. Today the biggest challenge fire department faces in providing efficient services is lack of information about kind & category of fire.

To address such National Challenges, UP Fire Services, Lucknow in association with Smart24x7 Response Services Pvt. Ltd has launched Smart24x7 Mobile Safety Platform.  Sh. Praveen Singh, Director General of Police, UP Fire Services, graced the occasion by his presence on the launch event. Mr. Praveen stated, “It is a unique initiative which has been taken to simplify communication during Fire incidents. Now with just a press of a button you can inform Fire Department of the fire location as well as you can click photographs of incident site which auto uploads to Fire Department Control Room. This will help the Fire Department to access severity of crisis & category of fire which Fire Department was not able to make earlier from the phone calls.

Earlier the entire process used to consume lot of time. Therefore, deploying right kind of services in least possible time used to result in huge loss of life & property. Now with the help of Smart24x7 Mobile Platform we will be able to address the current challenges as we will receive the exact location & feedback in real time directly from the site in form of images.

According to Mr. C.P. Singh, Founder Smart Group,” With the Launch of Smart24x7 Mobile platform we aim to offer an edge to the Fire Department services. With the help of our Application the response time can be reduced dramatically as location gets immediately announced to Fire control room.

We help the service agencies like Fire, Police & Ambulance to save 10 good minutes of response time during any unexpected emergencies by reducing their response times. It is beneficial for the FIRE Department as they can send right kind of deployment in least possible time. We are about to introduce new features in our Application- Panic Alert by Power Press, Shaking of phone & integrating it with your Bluetooth devices like earphones.

In the coming days ahead we will introduce Smart Tough Books in every Fire trucks which will help victim to track the exact location. As the current location of the Fire trucks will be communicated to the victims. This will therefore help them to be more patient & they will be able to concentrate on other activities rather than just following up with Fire Department. Apart from that,  when people will get to know from which route fire truck is approaching towards the site they will be able to guide the fire trucks better towards the shortest possible route to reach fire destination. With use of Smart24x7 mobile application the response time of Fire Department will improve dramatically.

Smart24x7 Mobile Platform has been successfully integrated & is being used by the Gurgaon police, Jalandhar Police, Jammu Police & Noida Fire Department. In the coming days ahead it will be launched in Kashmir, Lucknow, Bangalore, and many more cities. We have received tremendous response from all across INDIA where more than 75,000 + people have downloaded and are using our application. With over 2599 alerts recorded in last month, 1200+ reviews & more than 80,000 supporters on Facebook who have liked our application and interact with us regularly. We feel proud that we have been accepted widely and people are believing us at such a level.

In last 4 month we have received Three fire alerts. Two alerts have been recently recorded from Madhya Pradesh in last 15 days. Smart24x7 Mobile Application has been able to help Users in real time FIRE INCIDENT scenarios who live in different parts of country like Assam, Madhya Pradesh. Even though we were not integrated in those regions for these services still we were able to help our user during   emergency. Now we are planning to go beyond further and integrate for PAN India Services.
