2. Efficient supply chains which would lead to lower prices for consumers
3. If local sourcing is emphasized, it will benefit manufacturing sector
Cons:
1. If industry will to be dominated by 1-2 players, it may squeeze suppliers
2. Local retailers will face short term heat if capital is used to discount product prices
