Europe based RheinBrücke IT Consulting, Opens India Development Centre in Chennai, India

It was inaugurated by Mr. Achim Fabig, Hon’ble Consul General of the Federal Republic of Germany and Mr. Keith Deane, EVP & General Manager, International at Epicor Software Corp, today.


RheinBrücke also announced the setting up of a dedicated Migration Factory for Epicor’s EMEA consulting organization. The Factory will support Epicor’sEMEA Consulting organization to migrate/upgrade customersfrom Epicor e9 to Epicor ERP Version 10, Epicor’s latest and the industry’s most flexible ERP solution that is based on the five principles of Collaboration, Choice, Responsiveness, Simplicity and Mobility. Epicor is a global leader in business software solutions for manufacturing, distribution, retail and services organizations.


Spread over 15,000 sq. feet, the IDC that includes the Epicor Migration and Upgrade Factory, currently houses 70employees including ERP and IT consultants, engineers and developers. RheinBrückeplans to increase the employee strength to 100by the end of the year and then double itsnumber of employees every year, over the next 5 years.


The launch of the IDC is an integral part of RheinBrücke’s right-shoring strategy to build a strong global presence to support client delivery across its EMEA region. The company also plans to set up a near shore development center in Eastern Europe.
