Chennai, India, August 27, 2014: India’s leading cross-border online retailer ‘Grabmore.in’ is the first to introduce SAMSUNG GALAXY TAB 4 NOOK in India on the same day as its US launch. The ebook-focused tablet is available on Grabmore.in at a promotional price of Rs. 16,499 and is originally priced at Rs. 19,999.
Barnes & Noble and Samsung yesterday unveiled Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 – a new reading-focused tablet in New York, USA. What separates the new Nook from the Galaxy Tab 4 is its interface. Once you turn the tablet on, you’ll be presented with Barnes & Noble’s familiar Nook UI.
The 7-inch tablet running on Google’s Android operating system uses Barnes & Noble’s Nook interface. It is powered by a quad-core processor coupled with 1GB RAM. The manufacturer offers 8 GB of built-in storage with 32 GB expandable memory using microSD card. The Tab 4 Nook will also come with $200 of content from Barnes & Noble, including free books, magazines and TV episodes. It’s definitely an eReader first, tablet second that attributes access to 3 million books online.
Satish Das, Executive Director – Grabmore.in said, “We are happy to be the first online retailer to make this much-awaited product available to our customers in India. It is indeed a matter of pride that we are the only online shopping website to have made numerous international brands available to our Indian customers which would have otherwise taken months or even years to get released here. Our aim to make our customers feel highly satisfied with their shopping experience at Grabmore.in by owning a product that was purchased through us.”
Being the first to introduce international products in India; the online retailer’s USP has been its shortest turn-around time, competitive price points and one-year Grabmore Global Warranty. Secured online payment options on the website include EMI, Fund Transfer, Internet Banking, Cheque or Demand Draft deposit and Cash on Delivery (COD) on all international products.
