Tenon to enhance building safety and mitigate risk with IBM Intelligent Operation Center software

Tenon-LogoNew Delhi, India, September 11, 2014:  Tenon Group has announced a collaboration to set up a new Soteria Command Center located in Gurgaon to provide comprehensive security, intelligence and investigative capabilities to their clients. Tenon is offering monitoring and surveillance analysis, emergency response management, proactive incident management and automated alert services.

Tenon has set up a Soteria Command Center to offer monitoring security services for corporate buildings and campuses. Using IBM Intelligent Operations Center software, Tenon will monitor data from devices such as CCTV cameras. The IBM analytics software enables Tenon to offer a scalable solution that monitors the security of multiple clients’ premises from a single console.

In the new Soteria Command Center, Tenon staff will be able to analyse data from diverse sources, such as video surveillance alerts, live feeds from cameras, GPS devices and equipment such as smoke detectors, glass break sensors, fire sensors and alarms, from a central video wall dashboard. The Tenon team will be able to analyse and provide real-time access to critical security information, the ability to detect patterns and search for particular attributes and then alert authorities of any suspicious or anomalous behaviour in real time.
