Nihilent acquires leading American BI and SharePoint solutions provider

Pune, India, October 9, 2014: As part of its global expansion, Nihilent Technologies, a global consulting and solutions integrations company has announced its acquisition of GNet Group LLC (www.gnetgroup.com) , a leading US based  services and solutions company specializing in business intelligence and collaboration and content,  for an undisclosed amount.  An agreement has been reached between the companies wherein Nihilent will acquire full ownership of GNet Group.

GNet Group is a Minneapolis headquartered company, with operations in Midwestern and South Central United States, and has deep expertise in business intelligence services, SharePoint and application development.

Nihilent, with a 14 year track record of delivering cutting edge change management solutions to global businesses across verticals, will now be able to enhance its expertise in business intelligence and software application development, especially in the American region.
