Key modules of the program:
a. Payback Rewards
- Consumers are enrolled into the program post purchase of the Galaxy Note 4 and Alpha. To enroll, eligible consumers are sent a link to the app via an SMS. They can also download the app by sending REWARDS to 56886.
- Consumers who already have an existing Payback account get linked automatically on registration. New Payback ids are issued to those who are not existing Payback members
- Existing Samsung consumers get 10000 payback points on purchase of the Note 4, while new customers get 4000 welcome points. The points are credited to the consumer’s account within 7 days of purchase
- Consumers can redeem their Payback points across the network of Payback partners, which now includes Samsung
- Existing Payback members can also redeem their accumulated points for over the counter discounts through POS at select Samsung retail outlets. For details of stores visit www.payback.in/samsung
- The Payback partner network consists of some of the brands like Big Bazaar, Central, eZone, Vodafone, HPCL, Make my trip, Book My Show,Flipkart,Amazon,Myntra,Jabong and more.
