Additional focus on Skilling of rural youth is essential but there has to be an allocation/reservation for skilling of women in rural India. We need to make women in rural India partners in growth of Indian economy. ECCE stands for early childhood care and education. This increase we hope will increase the focus on education. I am also very happy with the decision to set up schools in every 5 kms radius. More children, especially girls will have access to education.
